  • Best OT out there, guaranteed!! Each one is individually owned and it shows!!! I've been to several of the valley locations and can say this one really is the best, from the front desk people to the music, coaches and even their fee policy when you accidentally sleep in as they are pretty forgiving. Everyone is genuinely friendly, caring and the coaches are amazing, Jessica, Matt, Trevor, Jeff and Spencer push, encourage and motivate you to do better than the day before. It may seem a little scary at first but once you are there, they will take over and before you know it you're done and you've just completed the best 1 hour sweat session of your life. Try it. You'll be more than glad you joined and your pants will definitely thank you later!!!
