  • I recently bought a Pandora bracelet and a couple of charms from the Yorkdale location. There, I received horrible service and witnessed my own bracelet being mistreated by the sales representative. She had been dropping the bracelet and charms onto the glass counter, and showed little care for the jewelry. Because this is a gift, I wasn't able to feel comfortable knowing that the bracelet and charms had been previously tortured and dropped onto hard surfaces. I know the clasps/buckles on Pandora bracelets do break over time, and I did not want to think that it will break sooner because of the multiple falls it took before I even bought it. So at Scarborough Town Centre, the reps apologized dearly for my bad experience at Yorkdale and quickly exchanged my bracelet and charms. I saw them explaining the bracelet sizing to other customers, and placing the bracelets and charms onto cushioned surfaces as oppose to Yorkdale. They also took the time to help their customers pick out charms. Compared to the Yorkdale location, this location is a paradise for shoppers. It delivers top-notched service along with the quality products. The next time a charm catches my attention, I will be going out of my way to come back to the Scarborough Town Centre location.
