  • I have been here twice in one month my first experience was great the young girl who did my mani pedi was great. However, when I went in this week I was looking to get a pedicure and full set of nails with a coffin shape. the same young girl did my pedi however, a different gentleman did my nails first off he started my nails while I was still getting my pedicure which I hate when salons do this as I feel it takes away from the relaxing experience. The guy proceeded to talk about how inexperienced he was and he's only been doing nails for a short time. I can appreciate his honesty however speaking from experience as I am a hair stylist our job is to instill confidence in our clients. It got to the point where I was starting to get nervous because the entire time he kept bringing up his inexperience. After him doing my nails for close to 2 hours he starts complaining that I chose matte top coat and how much he hates matte so on and so fourth. When i left my nails were not coffin shape which is like a tapered square type shape and they were pointy and looked like werewolf claws probably should have said something then and there but I honestly was just ready to leave and didn't want to sit another 2 hours to have my nails fixed. Additionally my nails don't feel even they feel thick at the bottom near my nail bed and significantly thinner on the ends. Save your money go somewhere else.
