  • Solid BBQ, but I've had better. I like the concept; how they honor our servicemen and women, and show respect for our safety forces as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered samples and were eager to answer any questions and explain the restaurant's mission. The brisket was good and they had six sauces available- the KC sauce was one of the best and addictive. I would put this on just about anything. Overall, a pretty solid meal if a bit on the pricey side.
