  • If I could I would give them negative stars. I recently changed health insurance so when they sent me box of c-pap supplies I told them that I have new insurance. I told them if it is too expensive I would be sending the box back. Next thing I know I get a bill for $13.41 so I paid the bill and open the box and start using it. 3 months later I get another bill from them for $182.18. Date of service is 4-28. I got my box on February. It also says there's previous balance. When I added up everything the total should be $96.06. I called the 800 number and they said the wait time Is 30 minutes. After waiting for an hour I finally hung up. I would never use them again.
