  • Stay far away from this company if possible! 1. There is a po box for a address. 2. Customer service people will lie to you and have no clue what they are doing. 3. Getting a insurance check signed is a nightmare! Getting a password reset is a big ordeal. 1. have your loan number 2. put your FULL S.S. number in. Thanks but no thanks. I would rather not have my identity stolen! Just to let you know if you get your mortgage sold to company. Hold on for the 30 years of bad customer service. This is 2016 not 1986 get updated payment system! Oh wait that would make it a little easier on the customer never mind! Thanks roundpoint for making paying your mortgage a horrible process every month!
