  • I'm very picky about people touching my feet. Generally I come across very rough people that pinch and pull. Not very pampering pedicures. Then there's Pro Nails. First time I had ever been in there. My grandmother has to have help taking care of her toes so while driving her around, we stopped in. She had been in before. We both did the Deluxe. I was so pleasantly surprised. I have incredibly rough, constantly dried out heels that required the cheese grater tool. The lady that did mine was very professional, got rid of most of the cracks and didn't mention one word to me about it being bad or gross. She made sure my feet were soft enough that the rougher tool didn't hurt like previous experiences. The seaweed mask and hot towel and rocks were a great experience. She wasn't rough in moving my feet around at all. From where I sat, the lady handling my grandmother's feet was also very professional. She seemed very concerned about being careful with her thinner skin and about her comfort. My grandma said she enjoyed it and that both times she has been have been great. I will be back for a manicure next week!
