  • I went to this location after Keep It Cut Tempe did a poor job on my hair and it needed to be fixed. Let me say that I love the way that Jacob runs this business...you can tell he treats the stylists well because they all seem happy and take their time to make sure that you like your haircut. Unlike most salons (Super Cuts, Sport Clips, etc), Keep It Cut isn't unit driven and will treat you with respect. That being said, my poor experience at Keep It Cut Tempe isn't indicative of how the overall business is run and seems to be limited to just one stylist. I went in around 7:30pm and they close at 8. I expected to see tired, worn out stylists but I didn't. Everyone was still upbeat and VERY friendly. I saw Nancy who did a quick analysis on my precious haircut and was like, "Yeah, it's messed up." She took the time to fix it and make sure every hair was even and properly in place. What a great stylist! Overall, very pleasant experience at this location. Glad I have the membership for unlimited haircuts because it saved me having to pay for another haircut.
