The most authentic Bun Bo Hue I have tasted thus far (compared to the ones in Vietnam). The spice level is also adjustable to your liking on a scale of 1-6. I got a 3 and it was spicy, but not too bad. The veggies they brought out were fresh and abundant. The only downside was the amount of meat given. I got a small and it seemed like I only got one of each "topping". One pig knuckle, one pig blood cube, 1 or 2 small slice of boiled beef shank. The meat to noodle ratio is way off. If I would have known, I would just pay extra for more beef shank so I don't eat plane noodles with their delicious broth. I can't wait to come back and try other dishes like the bun rieu and bun cha ca!
