  • Tiger Mechanical has been to our house twice. We bought a Viking dishwasher and It didn't work! Tiger came out (Tom, the owner), and was fantastic! As he was laying on my kitchen floor (I kept offering him a pillow...it looked so uncomfortable!), he was SUPER fast and very efficient! He's done this for so many years. He explained everything, showed me the problem, ordered a part we needed, from the original problem, and just came out yesterday to install the part. He was kind, professional, efficient, and pleasant! Great job!!
