  • During this Dr. visit i saw Shanna H. I gave a list of my current meds and that I needed refills. For those refills I needed it sent to my local pharmacy then I would switch it to our mail order (required by insurance)....1) She gave no refills to the prescription so I can't switch it to our mail order and 2) I only take 250mg 1 pill twice a day and she made it for 500mg 1 pill twice a day.....seriously? Nothing was said about upping the dose! Nothing was said about it period except that I needed a refill and needed it sent to local pharmacy first then I would switch it to our mail order pharmacy. My husband had a doc apt the same day and front lady Juanita lost some of his paperwork. That paperwork had 3 identifiers on it and they lost it. Hello.....can you say HIPAA violation and seriously unprofessional. I'm seriously going to look for a different Dr. because this office staff is so unprofessional....changing a prescription to higher dose without talking to the patient!? I've never even met Dr. Barry either!
