  • I have took my laptop with a cracked screen to PC Farm, the technician there called the laptop unrepairable, because the hard drive was damaged. We ended up buying a new laptop for $1600 and they transferred our data and did some software installation for us for $240. A few months later we have tried to sell our cracked screen laptop to a similar of repair service, they were honest and told us that the laptop will only cost $110 to repair and far from unrepairable. They changed the screen within 20 minutes, charged us $110. When we contacted the owner of pc farm about our experience he has started yelling uncontrollably and denied that they declared the laptop unrepairable. They provide a shameful service and making customers spend there money unnecessarily. They have lied to us about the screen repair, about the hard drive and make us pay them hourly (28hrs) for transferring our data from a damaged hard drive. They claimed that our hard drive is damaged, witch was a huge lie. We're still using the laptop without any issues with the HDD. They customer service is non existent and the owner of PC Farm has yelled uncontrollably defending his lier employee when we confronted him with our experience. We are taking them to court to recover our stolen money. Be aware of PC Farm and always get a second opinion form a decent repair place before you believe what PC Farm is saying to you about your PC. I would give them -5 stars if that would be an option. I will update this review once the court case is recovered our stolen money from PC Farm. Extremely unsatisfied Customer!!!!
