  • I was in the Cave Creek and Thunderbird location (Cave Creek #480) yesterday, Thursday, October 27, 2016 at approximately 5:30pm. Jenna in the Customer Service Department "helped" me. She was just blatantly rude. She seemed as if I was inconveniencing her. Was no help at all. Seemed irritated with every question I asked her. Not a very polite person to be working in customer service and representing Home Depot. I will not be back to this location.
