  • I've had 2 tech's out to work on my windshield. The first technician cracked the new windshield during installation, I fully understand accidents happen, and I wasn't upset about it. But he also did not tighten down my rear view mirror. That was was on 7/06/16. He told me he would be back out on Sunday 7/10/16 to replace the windshield he broke. I got a call from the company at 11 am saying they would need to come out Thursday 7/14/16 due to the glue needing to dry. Then when I received the confirmation email it said Thursday 7/21/16; I called and got it scheduled for 7/16/16 instead. Luis came out to replace the windshield. Luis called me when he was done and blamed the last technician for bending a molding. He told me that if I didn't like the cosmetic look to call..? What? Seriously? Of course the cosmetic looks would bother me. It wasn't that way before he started on the truck and now it looks horrible. On top of that he did not even put the rear view mirror back on. Are all of your technicians this horrible? I will tell you right now I want the molding the replaced with new molding the way it's supposed to be. My dash board had chips of glass all over it and I'm still finding glass on there after 2 weeks. And now I can't get a return phone call or answer from them at all.
