I rented a place that LSI property managed for three years. I paid rent on time, was a good tenant and then decided to buy a house. When I spoke with them about breaking my lease they said it was no issue if I found someone else. I was the one who posted the info, showed my place, found an approved renter so there was no money lost for the Owner, had the place cleaned, etc... but didn't get my deposit back. Even though at the walk through, they told me I was going to get my deposit back because I left the place in an awesome state. Bottom line, if they manage the property you want to rent, run.
