  • I visited this Chompie's location today for brunch with my friend. I usually dine at the location in Tempe and after my experience at this location probably will stick to the one in Tempe only. This was an all around poor visit. From the greeting as we walked in to the walk out the door. The atmosphere was so dull, my food was warm not hot, the service was slow, there was no attempt to make for a great visit. Everyone seemed to be so disconnected. We didn't receive silverware when we sat down and actually had to get up and get it from a station set up on a table next to use for servers to roll silverware. We also saw other tables doing that too... The worst part about the visit was the manager's actions. He was very short when we arrived. We never saw him talking to tables. And on top of that, in the middle of our service he was in our view while outside smoking a cigarette and plying on his phone in the front of the restaurant. Like I said, we'll stick to one in Tempe after that.
