  • THEY SHRUNK MY SLACKS!!! & RUDELY ACCUSED ME OF WASHING THEM! The lady & man actually yelled at me as I tried to talk calmly to them. I've been using this establishment for a while and for them to accuse me! These slacks cost me just under 200.00. I wouldn't even iron them let alone wash them. They are ruined. I didn't know that I have to try my dry cleaning on before I leave there store. Once you leave you're stuck.
