  • Do not rent through Jet Luxury. Below is the email that I sent to the owner of the company after our stay at the Vdara, which was not up to any standards of a 4 or 5 star hotel. I have emailed again, and have still not received a response. The details of our trip are below: just returned from a stay at the Vdara in Las Vegas, and unfortunately the stay was not up to par with what we expected or paid for. Early last week I had called your office and requested that the kitchen be fully stocked with dishes, pans, etc. when we arrived. This was not done, and when we requested them the first time there was only plates delivered to our room. I then had to call housekeeping and the front desk multiple times for them to actually bring the rest of the kitchen things up. It took them a total of 2 hours from when I first called. The "fully equipped kitchen" that was stated on my receipt as well as on your website was far from that. I do not consider one pot, one pan and a small knife to be fully stocked. There was no coffee mugs for the coffee maker that was provided. The refrigerator was barely cold, we had to throw out the eggs that we had purchased because they were warm in the morning. We did not have access to the mini-bar. The only trash can that was provided was in the bathroom, so we had to make our own for the kitchen. When we arrived in the suite there was a men's shirt hanging in the closet, and change on the bedside table, which led us to believe that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Thank goodness we checked the fold out couch for linens before going out for the night because there were no linens on it and had to deal with housekeeping once again to have these brought up. (The blanket that they brought up was stained) Although the Vdara is a beautiful resort, and has plenty of amenities, unfortunately our stay in the room was not what we expected. We have stayed in the MGM Signature multiple times, renting through either private owners or the hotel and every stay was far superior to the stay we just had in your suite. The experience makes it hard to recommend Jet Luxuries or the Vdara to anyone.
