  • Do NOT be fooled by the BBB rating. Companies pay to belong to the BBB. Take heed. I have a trail of emails going back eight months, all full of empty promises and outright lies "oh, I didn't know we were supposed to treat THAT part of the yard". How many times can you say that IN WRITING before you just look incompetent? Sexton, you should be embarrased and ashamed. Trust me, I have NEVER taken the time to give anyone a review of any kind, good or bad. Took my money for over a year and accomplished NOTHING. My gopher population actually increased on their watch. I think they feed them.
