  • Horrible, they do not even deserve one star! Manny and his team have poor customer service, and are in the business of reselling faulty machines. We purchased a washer and dryer set ,which did not work right from the start. Manny dropped off two different dryers back to back, both which broke the same day, and now we have been sitting with a broken dryer in our house for over a month, and no action from Manny (even thought he promised he would take care of it). Truly sad, no customer should have to go through so much trouble to resolve an issue which was inherited. Disgusting !!!!
