  • Usually when I need to get a haircut, I kind of dread it... I have curly/nappy hair that most barbers don't know how to deal with well. Seeing some of the positive reviews for Adam, I gave him a try and really loved his shop and the haircut I got. To setup an appointment, you just text him and set up a time. I think every time I have texted him, he's gotten back to me in ~15-20 minutes or so (or less). The atmosphere of the shop is really laid back, Adam's a pretty chill guy. His shop kind of feels like a weird secret, it's in what looks like an old garage behind the shops/restaurants on Highland Ave, in Shadyside. It's one of the best haircuts I have ever gotten, and Adam is SUPER quick. I'm usually lax in going to the barber, so I typically have a lot of hair to work with when I show up at some shops. I went to another barber and it took them an hour (maybe a bit more) to deal with my hair. Adam got me in and out in ~20 minutes and generally makes things really easy. Price is very reasonable, especially because I have always come out with a great cut. Highly recommended!
