| - After staying on the Strip for a few days, we booked this resort to relax and get away from all the partying for a couple days.
We were immediately greeted by the friendly valet & check in was a breeze. We were a couple hours early but it was not a problem. The staff was very professional, helpful, friendly and conversational. It was somewhat of a trek to our room but once there it was clean, nicely decorated and the bathroom was awesome. It had a separate tub & shower.
The pool area was clean and had sand on the shallow part. It could have been slightly larger but does the job. There are also private Cabanas that you can rent with a semi private pool - 3ft deep but very long, long enough to do some laps. Our Cabana was furnished with a flat screen television with inputs for video games, a sound system (same music playing as other Cabanas, you can control the sound). A safe, a mini fridge, a couple love seats and a coffee table. There is an attendant that checks up on you if you require any libations (add'l cost), the fridge is fully stocked with an assortment of sodas, sobe drinks, red bull, water, etc. Last there is a large bowl of assorted fruits brought out about noon time.
The gym and spa are located adjacent to the pool area. We utilized the gym but not the spa. Friendly staff, the fitness center has free weights, cardio equipment and a variety of machines to work out every part of your body.
Dining- the "Feast Buffet" very well priced and a nice selection. Many other options, from fine dining to a food court.
Close to shopping and movie theatre. Overall a nice well maintained property. They charge a $25 +tax daily resort fee and on top of that, a $100 day deposit. That's the only thing I hate about this place. Other than that, we'll certainly return.
(check out valet was awesome! VERY, VERY helpful! I believe his name was Jeff)
