| - In the service scape I seen a lot of advertising! When you arrived at the location there
was a feeling of excitement. The area was very festive and populated with people passing. The
restaurant was called Del's Lemonade: Lobster Rolls Gourmet Finger Foods. Upon entering the
premise there was a fan about 6 ft. tall that spindled and full speed with a mist that assisted in
cooling down visitors and on lookers. A perfect source of advertising in my opinion when you
are in a place that is hard to keep cool, especially when you are out sightseeing. The location
was called The Grand Bazaar Shop near Ballys off the strip. The shop had a Jersey Shore setup,
so you could watch everything as your food was being prepared. After passing the mystified fan
you enter into the establishment and get enticed with the smell of fresh sweet buttery bread.
Customer service I would give an 8 out of 10. The server ran the shop solo, so he was moving
everywhere taking money, washing his hands, making the food. I tipped him $2 because I felt
appreciative. I ordered the Overstuffed Lobster Roll with a Soft Frozen Lemonade Slush. It
about $20 and some change in total. I felt I was respectful, open minded, adventurous, and
open minded. The taste had middle tones
from the lobster, and a roundness of flavor from the roll. The flavor was sweet, salty, but weak
to my palate. The smell was fresh, and salty. The sight was bright very enticing. The shape and
size had a rounded full of volume look to it. While chewing I thought that the food was smooth,
cold, and wet.
