  • I called Elite Bridal on a whim while I was in Champaign on business, after discovering they carried Stella York-- Kayla answered and confirmed they carried the dress I was interested in--and told me to come on in, even without an appointment. I was warmly greeted and Kayla had already pulled out the dress I was inquiring about! I had tried on this specific dress in my hometown bridal store, but also shopped extensively in Chicago. I really wanted to try it on again before deciding. Kayla was SO professional about this, never pushy to purchase from Elite Bridal. She spent a good hour with me, playing with veils, even pinning on a belt to get the whole effect. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing from my hometown store out of convenience and price (I'll be back and forth there a lot!), but I HIGHLY recommend Elite Bridal and their entire team. I emailed a bit with both Kayla and the manager Danielle--so professional and friendly, which is exactly what you want when making such a big purchase. The store is clean, brightly lit, and the sales team is SO knowledgeable about their inventory. Worth your visit! :) Thank you Elite!
