  • I've never dealt with such a unethical, deceitful company. It's a Long story, but suffice it to say - every review on here is right on - especially about the billing department (see Joe Q's review. Same thing happened to me, only I had a 100% waiver on my equipment. Unbeknownst to me, they started billing me when I changed insurance companies - didn't call, didn't write - I had no clue I was being billed until I got a statement 3 months later telling me I was seriously in arrears, past due, pay up or else they would take action. It was a sizeable amount which I did not have at the time. Horrible, horrible people. If you have a choice, run don't walk to another health care company
