Took items in to be sold. She does not give a receipt for inventory dropped off. When you sign a "contract" it states unsold items will be donated to a charity and a receipt will be provided. I told her I wanted my items back if they were not sold and she said no problem, she would remember. After the required 3 months contract I went back to retrieve my unsold items and was told "you signed a contract that unsold items would be donated to charity", told her I was very specific that I wanted my items returned to me and I got the eye roll. Owner is very unprofessional and blames everything on her "bookkeeper". Contract ended weeks ago and I still have not received a check for items sold (still don't know if anything sold, she's too busy to check) nor have I received a donated to charity receipt. I would steer clear of this place if you are a consignor, there are other nice, professional places to consign with. Don't know how she stays in business!! Won't be taking any more items to this place. Upside is her store is neat and orderly and she does have some good prices and sales. This is good if you are a buyer.
