  • When we walked into the store no one was there to greet us and assist with our shopping experience. No one on the staff ever approached us the whole time we were there. The showroom was disorganized and absolutely filthy. The couches had smug marks and footprints. You could hardly call it a showroom, it was more of a warehouse. Nothing was displayed as set. There were half sectionals just lined up in a row. Most of the tables had nicks and scratches on them due to the chairs being stacked on top of the table. The display of the furniture does not demand the price they are asking. They are asking for Crate & Barrel prices for a Goodwill set up. I am in utter shock and disbelief as the Arhaus website presents the furniture very nicely and this store is a complete mess. I will never be shopping at this Arhaus Loft.
