  • If you are using this post office to send out an important package that has to get somewhere fast, go elsewhere. I took a priority 2-day package in during service hours on Friday and it showed accepted late Monday night. I took another in early this morning, when they opened, and it still does not show as accepted 10 hours later. This time, I took the time to wait in line so I could hand it to a guy at the service counter...........makes no difference. The other package was supposed to be to the recipient by a particular date........it will be two days late now. The postage on these packages isn't cheap and you expect a certain level of service, but it is not there with the USPS........at least not at the Falcon Field location. May be a staffing problem because you rarely see more than a couple of people there.
