  • LOVE tropical smoothie but this one in particular has the worst customer service I have ever had!!! Whomever the cashier was sucked so bad!! It was Charlotte or something with a CH but was a guy! He got me a wrap that I specifically asked no ham.... Opened it and it had ham. Then he forgot to give me potato salad that came with it so I had to remind him... Then he forgot the fork as well. He knew he screwed up so bad he gave me a free smoothie card. Did I mention that while he was taking my order he took about 15 minutes and screwed up the entire thing!!! I will never ever go here again.
