  • We can't say enough about Joy and K9 convenience. Here is what you can expect: Meet with Joy or one of the caregivers to review your pets likes/dislikes, behaviors and anything that is a need to know for you or the pet. We are SUPER particular about anyone that cares for our puppies. Joy understood how important it was that we not only felt comfortable, but we knew they would care for our babies like we do. After all of the notes were compiled, I received an email with all of the information listed just as discussed. You can load your payment method into the system, and then you proceed. We had them check on our two pups twice in one day as we were headed out of town, and a friend was caring for them after that date. We received two emails with a recap of how both visits went including pictures!!!!! I loved seeing both of them looking happy and healthy.. (I hate getting a pic where they look sad) and you could tell that Joy cared about them both. I specifically requested a harness for one pup and she took a pic with him wearing it! Such a relief to trust someone to walk and care for our puppies the way we do, and not worry that our requests are being ignored. Love Joy and love this service!!! I absolutely would encourage anyone to try this service, it won't disappoint. Personal, loving and a caring service. Thanks again!!!! Skittles & Muffin
