  • I used them to manage four Vegas houses and all went fairly well. The main problem I had was they won't make Sunday appointments. This bothers me because I want working tenants. If you can't show a vacancy on Sunday, you will be limiting your prospective tenants. I'm an out of town owner, so doing a walk through once a year at all properties is difficult to arrange on days other than Sunday when I am in town. Not bad on other aspects, and better than most Vegas Realtors. (The no Sunday rule is why I went to another company.)
