  • Old into New. I owned this place once as it was called RCB Cocktails.We added the kitchen a owner or two down the road and now I am sure that the current owner Pete will make his business do what it does for him. I travel to Thailand now and again and after my last Thailand visit I found Pete's place opening up. I gave it a try. The food is exactly as if I were in Thailand. Pete's Thai Cuisine is fantastic. Yes, it misses some of the Western Restaurant operators deign concepts and it could use less and more, like curtains on the windows and some organization, but I don't eat the decor. I do however eat the food and it is fantastic; so far. I have tried a dozen or so items and some custom kitchen creations. All I can say is if you like authentic then this is it. If you like corporate then this perhaps is not for you? Each dish is cooked as you order it and it is fresh as is feasible. Pete personally inspects the produce and buys ingredients others say are too expensive. Thai eggplant in the curry dishes happens few and far between at other establishments. At Pete's Thai Cuisine you can count on friendly service and a true North East influenced Thai experience. E-San Sab-Sab.
