  • I had one of the directors at the Fairmont reach out to me and she was apologetic,repeatedly told me it was not typical of the Fairmont level of service and she was going to correct it and she did. Within a day she sent a lovely package and just did all those extras that are so unexpected. She did not have to do any of this but I appreciate her reaching out to me and will and will chalk up my experience to being an anomaly. I am looking forward to going back and having the Fairmont experience I am use to other other locations. Great customer service on their part and that speaks volumes about a company and the people that work for them.
