Very poor communication. We lived here for 3 weeks before anyone could tell us where our mailbox was or what box number it was.
They are not forthright and told us things would be taken care of prior to move in that weren't. Nothing terrible but disappointing. Unresponsive, not very helpful when it comes to appliance repairs. Our maintenance service is awful. non existent really and takes months from first work order, calling to check, asking online, asking in person, to actually getting anyone over to actually just look at something. Its just not the level of appreciation or care for the resident or the home you'd come to expect when paying a decent price for a larger, nice home in a gated community. I wouldnt ever rent from this company ever again. We have learned our lesson. I wouldnt even let them rent a home on our behalf either, as I wouldnt want tenants of our home treated this poorly, it would just make it harder at move out since tenants don't tend to treat a home as their own if you keep reminding them how little you care about them or appreciate their residency.
