rev:text	If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I can't believe that this company is still in business with the way they treat their customers. I put in a call through my home warranty for service on my A/C on an early Sunday morning. Was told I would hear from the contractor in 24 hours. I called later that afternoon to confirm he had received the request and was told it would be Wed/Thurs before he could come. No call on Wed, so I called Thursday. The finally showed up on Friday. The repair lasted 8 hours and then was broken again. I called him back and he told me to call back in the morning because they don't work 24/7. I called back the next morning (when they were open) and was told he was on a skeleton crew due to the holiday weekend and he had a few calls and he would call me after that. It was 5 days before I heard back from him!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? IT'S AZ IN THE SUMMER! As a recall to the repair, I should have been at the top of his list! I ended up going elsewhere and had someone out here in 30 minutes from the time I called!!! Now that is customer service!
