  • I wish I had a good experience here. It is such a great concept & location, but incompetent employees will have me never returning. Both my sandwich and drink order were made incorrectly, after waiting 30 minutes. There were 3 poorly trained employees and 5 orders pending. They were extremely flustered and paid no attention to detail, and also had poor customer service response to other customers' complaints.
