Wow this was easily among the most disappointing food experiences. My friends had brought me here for a birthday dinner and I was super excited because I love the Nola styles of cooking. The decor was lovely and our waitress was nice but that was all that was good. I ordered the Crawfsh Mac Daddy and for such a promising name the actual dish left so much to be desired. For starters, rather than a rich, creamy cheese sauce that coated the noodles and the seafood I received a thin, vaguely cheese flavored water that sloshed at the bottom of the cast iron dish. And rather than well seasoned seafood and tender vegetables, I got rubbery, nearly to the point of being inedible seafood that had no seasoning, much less anything that could even begin to bring to mind Creole or Cajun flavor, and raw vegetables. I didn't even finish it even though I was pretty hungry. There was hardly any flavor at all. For $26 dollars I expect actual seasoning and something that I, as someone who doesn't cook for a living, could not do better. I'm sad to say you'd get more flavor at Popeyes.
