  • I have used Happy Bear for about 10 years. I have no idea what the 1 star, or "zero stars" reviewer was asking of Zaid, but if he said it was not his job, it probably wasnt AC related! Zaid is one of the most honest people I have ever met in the AC business- in any service profession. He has always been very straight up with me and has saved me hundreds of dollars over what some of the big advertising AC repair companies wanted to charge. He has always been prompt, friendly, and even remembered me several years later after I had used him for a previous home. update: Just had him come out this morning, AC was blowing warm and attic blower fan making a strange noise. He showed up on time, as usual, identified the issue within a few minutes. He repaired the issue causing the air to blow warm (bad capacitor) and got my AC cold again. Said the attic blower fan was going bad, but didnt have to be replaced immediately. I had him do it anyway. Wouldnt even charge me for what he did until the fan part is in and installed. The charge was very reasonable. I know it wouldve cost double with other big name companies I have used before. He has positive reviews with the BBB so you can check those out if you want more assurance. In my experience, not many people take the time to submit positive reviews unless their service is exceptional. That is why I posted this one- exceptional service. Anyway, I will always call Happy Bear first when I have any AC repairs.
