  • This is one of the better butcher shops in Las Vegas. I have been going here for the past 6 months now. The New York and ribeye are to die for here and the price isn't too bad either. The setup of the shop is pretty simple but makes it easy for anyone to make their selection. Whenever I ask for a recommendation they are always friendly and willing to explain things. I always tell them to give me the selection they would recommend and they never disappoint. This place makes it easy for me to make a nice romantic steak dinner for my wife. Happy wife, happy life.
