  • The worst. If you feel like swimming in water that smells funky, then checking and finding 0ppm free chlorine, or realizing that your salt cell is missing and being told that they don't know why it was removed, or when, then maybe this is a good company for you. The worst part is that they own the salt system. At this point I know how to balance my pool, since I have been monitoring it myself to avoid swimming in dirty water again. I have tried to set up appointments with them in the past and have not been given an accurate time that they can be at my house. Question for all of the people who have fired them.... How long do they take to come and repo the salt system? I am buying a new one, and I want theirs out of my yard. I am so done with them. On the bright side, I know a lot about salt water pool chemistry. I don't like to accuse people of being incompetent without knowing what I am talking about.
