While on the wait list I had to use the restroom. Thankfully I got to experience how little they care about cleanliness at this place. The men's one person restroom had a lock on it that didn't work, a stall that you couldn't close and lock, urine and paper towels littering the toilet seat and floor, and a sink that after use would make you feel more dirty than when you started. After returning from the restroom we walked right over to Panera Bread. Too bad as I was looking forward to trying this place for the Cajun food, but I probably saved my wife and I from an evening of stomach pains! After a few episodes of food poisoning over the years I've learned that if a restaurant cares that little about the customer experience (that they refuse to even fix their restroom) how could anyone believe they care about your experience with their food/drink.
