  • I was expecting nothing but greatness since my s/o has visited Ginos east in Chicago. I'm very disappointed with my first visit with this Phoenix location. We were sat after a group that arrived 20 minutes after us. They got their deep dish 20 minutes before we did and ended up waiting well over 1 hour for ours. Our thin crust was piping hot and our deep dish was barely warm. Will never return unfortunately. Staff was kind but not the happiest. Only Pro, mozzarella sticks good
