rev:text	It's been a while since we've been here and honestly I cant remember every detail on how our visit went. But what I can remember is what this review will be based on. We came during lunch on a weekday. Probably the best time to come because we were seated right away. Had a nice seat with a view by the window. The place is decorated nice! Its modern but with a school theme. Hence the name. I quickly started to notice the small things. Like the USB Plugs at every table.. The Composition Looking Menu.. The Edison Light Bulbs.. ALSO the dirty cloth napkin that was sitting in front of me. White cotton napkin. I was wearing black and being the gentleman that I am I placed the white napkin on my lap. That was a mistake. I didnt have my lint roller with me. Our waitress brought us our water. 2 dirty glasses and a dirty glass bottle filled with chilled tap water. Were they even washed?? 2 strikes.. Waiting for the 3rd?? I ordered a drink (diet coke). On the menu it never stated that they were tiny bottles and they were $2.50! I told the waitress.. I wish it said that on the menu or was disclosed that when I ordered..most big restaurants/pubs have soda on tap. Well this was really disappointing. On to the food. For starters we tried the Bacon Cheesy Tots. It was a recommendation from our waitress. Deep fried golden brown to perfection. Crispy outside and high in flavor! Sriracha Ketchup on the side! Yum!! BBQ Bison Burger with Quinoa Salad - Wow! They can really make a damn good burger!! Patty was grilled to perfection (medium-well) for me. The BBQ sauce was good and not too sweet. The Quinoa was cooked perfect as well. Now this is what I dont remember.. My wife ordered a HotDog of some sort. I checked the online menu and I didn't see it. Maybe it was a special or something. Bun was toasted yet soft center. The hot dog itself was overcooked. Like something you see inside 7-11 when they've been sitting on the rollers for hours upon hours. But, the toppings on it made up for it. It was an ok visit for our lunch date. I'll try it again. Maybe a dinner date with my beautiful wife.
