Flowers were not delivered when they were supposed to be, then the correct delivery date was scratched out and rewritten on the slip, as if we wouldn't notice. The arrangement was for a new baby and I had picked out specific flowers to be in a bouquet. When they finally decided to make the flowers and send them out a day late the bouquet was filled with greens and overpowering eucalyptus that completely hid all of the flowers. I wanted to send something special as a surprise to my sister during an incredibly stressful time, but it ended up being incredibly frustrating and was not what I asked for.
The point of spending $100 on a perishable bouquet of flowers is so the person you send them to can feel all warm and fuzzy, if the flower shop can't keep their word on delivering when they offer that service, then they just shouldn't offer it. If the flowers don't get there on time there isn't any point to buying them.
I am so frustrated with this service. I really used to like to go to them, but I won't ever go back. I should have just gone to Giant Eagle.
From the comments on here it seems like they have great service for big events, but walk-ins are not their priority and they make that no secret.
