| - I was patiently waiting for your survey. I actually email Lennar to get a chance to give my feedback but no answer. Here is my survey for you Lennar.
My husband and I invested not just our money but also our hope to have the house of our dreams. A dream that became a nightmare. I have a list of complaints in a letter that I would like to send to you. Here is just some of all the mistakes that you made in my house.
We did the walk through with more than 10 workers inside the house finishing toilets, light fixtures, and cleaning personnel. We didn't have the good feeling to walk to a brand-new house ready to move-in. At the moment we didn't care much because we knew that the house would be ours and it was what we want. Location, premium lot, model everything that we were dreaming for more than ten months. You guys were in a hurry to deliver the house to us but not consideration to your buyers. What do you guys want was to close you quarter with these four homes closing before the first day of the month. the house was not ready to move in but you guys didn't see that. After we got the keys we didn't have gas for ten days. The gas pipe had water!! It took several days to be fixed and dry before we can have gas. (There is a little more of that in my letter) My family was in risk. Very unsafe issue. After 20 days my daughter saw a water dripping from a light can in the bathroom. It was fixed but it took another week. Wall from the bathroom was removed, ceiling and part of the pantry. We have to live in the middle of this mess. A brand-new house!! Our expensive floor was installed with not minimal skills. Your guys didn't use spacers. Surprise!! Yes, we know because we were here. Their response was that they were experts. They told us that they didn't have spacers in the truck. They marked the lines with a sharpie in the subflooring. Lines were straight but uneven. I have about a hundred pictures to show you.
Twelve weeks later your design center did it again. Stress, my family time, headaches, backaches with all the cleaning. All my holidays ruined because your lack of professionalism, cheap work, very poor quality expensive homes. I should not even give you one star but there are three names who deserve some credit in this whole mess. Please send me the survey and an address where I can submit my extensive letter.
