  • I visited for the first time yesterday morning and was greeted upon entrance and found some great deals, however when I came back that night to inquire about a possible exchange I got a different vibe. While I was accessing the merchandise a staff member approached and with an awkward tone asked if she could help with something. My cousin answered and said we were fine but she still lingered in a suspicious way. As we maneuvered through the store a second staff member approached to inform us that the store will be closing in 20mins and if I had something in my bag to exchange. I answered no, It was my intention to but I decided not to anymore. At this point I began to feel a bit uncomfortable as I could sense that something wasn't right and the previous staff member seemed to constantly lurk near by. Just a few minutes later an announcement was made over the intercom to state that stealing merchandise is unlawful and that cameras are monitoring the store. At this point with out a doubt it was clear what was happening my cousin and I were the only ones in the store. I was being racially profiled! So we left the store immediately.
