rev:text	RPM gets a VERY HIGH RATING from my husband and I who live in Los Angeles, CA and own 2 investment properties in Glendale and Tolleson, AZ!!! RPM makes it SO EASY to be property investors from out of state. We've been working with RPM since 2010 and find the staff to be PROFESSIONAL, CURTIOUS, AND TIMELY in ALL communications!!! We especially appreciate the efficient and thorough documentation/record keeping "portal" system which automatically emails us updates on everything from tenant payments to inspections and yearly documents helpful at tax time. RPM manages OUR properties so well we have NEVER had to travel to Arizona to handle any situation other than our USUAL ANNUAL property check ups which is OUR CHOICE.....NOT REQUIRED:):):) WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND RPM AS YOUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!
