Every Starbucks is a bit different, but being a regular of this one the staff remembers your name and for the most part remembers your drink. I've seen them be really kind to people with accessibility needs as well always making sure to bring out their drinks to them or help them to their seats. They're really friendly even though drinks are just like any other Starbucks. The staff once recommended me to drink an Undertow since it's "the best way to drink an espresso" and I've been getting it ever since. If you want to get it it's an inch of some type of milk, one pump of some type of sweetener and two shots on top. It's charged just as a doppio espresso most of the time so I'll drink it when a hot steaming espresso shot just is too much for me it goes down much more smoothly.
