  • Had my complete house done with shutters 3500 sq. ft. There were a couple of snags because I have some custom windows BUT Lynn in main office took care of everything efficiently. She always returned my calls in a timely manner, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Yes, I had to wait the 5-6 weeks for shutters to arrive but that was communicated to me upfront and I understood with patience. Best Buy prices were very reasonable compared to other competitors in the area. I also was so surprised to see the negative reviews?? Someone stated Lynn was rude. My experience was the complete opposite!! It was Lynn who kept my job going and installers out timely. She was a joy to work with. My windows look gorgeous and I would definitely recommend Best Buy Shutters.
