  • We went to the Chandler mall location on 01/13/2018. The store was not busy at all. When we walked in FOUR associates were standing in the middle of the store and looked at my friend and I as we walked in. No one said hello or asked if we needed assistance. I had to ask if a certain shoe was available and it took a few minutes for a response not to mention there were about 3 other customers that were waiting for assistance. Terrible customer service!
